1. Cancellation Policy
a) Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, only if it has not been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
b) Order Cancellation by SoftDots.com
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
Payment issues
Invalid address
Unavailable products
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
2. Return & Refund Policy
a) Due to Hygiene & Safety Reasons
Since we sell intimate wear (bra, panty, lingerie, etc.), returns or exchanges are not allowed once the product is delivered.
You received the wrong product
The product is damaged or defective
The product is missing from your order
b) Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only if:
You inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You provide clear photos/video of the wrong or damaged product.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
c) Refund Process
After your claim is verified, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
For COD orders, a refund may be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
3. No Refund in These Cases
Refund will not be provided if:

Product is used, tried-on, or washed

Product is returned without approval

Wrong size was ordered by customer

Claim is made after 24 hours of delivery

Packaging is tampered without proof
4. Replacement Policy (If Applicable)
If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of refund in cases of:
